 Billing Policy


Payments

All payments are to be made in US dollars. GoPC accepts VISA and MasterCard credit card payments.

Usage of a credit card indicates an authorisation to cover all charges that apply to your account.

GoPC Monthly Subscription is billed on a periodic basis. Payments are due on account activation, then on the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account.

Additional or optional services to new accounts will not be activated until funds are cleared.

GOPC Pay As You Go (PAYG) option is billed as a one-off payment to your credit card starting from the time you first sign up. Additional GoPC PAYG Credits are billed as a one-off payment to your credit card at the time of purchase.

GoPC Pty. Ltd. uses a secure Internet payment gateway to provide secure credit card transactions over the Internet. Your credit card details are encrypted and sent securely to the bank. This ensures your credit card details are kept confidential.

You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying GoPC, of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, or card status) and any other invoice details.


Late / Non-payment

Credit cards on file are non usable when any of the following occur:

If a credit card fails, the customer will be sent an email notice to rectify the situation by updating the credit card using the GoPC Dashboard.The account will be suspended without exception. The customer will have the option of reactivating the account after paying the full amount of the invoice due using the GoPC Dashboard.

All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

If GoPC does not receive payment within 30 days of the deactivation notice, the account will be permanently cancelled.


Upgrading your account

If you upgrade your account during the month, for example from GoOpenOffice.org to GoPower, any existing GoPC PAYG Credits will be credited to your account and the new charges will be added pro-rata to your account, dated from the time you upgraded. Your next invoice will contain different credits and charges to bring your account into alignment with your monthly anniversary date. From then on, the new amount will be charged on the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated.


Switching your account

GoPC does not charge fees if you elect to change to a lower-priced account, however, there is no pro-rata refund. Your new GoPC account will be activated at the end of your current billing cycle.


Statements

GoPC does not mail paper invoices or statements. Invoices can be viewed and printed through Account Invoices from your GoPC Dashboard.


Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be received by GoPC a minimum of five (5) days prior to your account monthly anniversary date. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your plan. The account will remain active to the end of the current bill.

To cancel services or your account, log in to the GoPC Dashboard and display 'My Services'. Select the services or account that you wish to cancel.


Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks

All valid payments to GoPC are non-refundable. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the disputed charge occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer ("Chargeback") that, in GoPC's sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the Terms of Service, an administrative fee of $25 USD will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.


Billing/Price changes

GoPC's policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective in the next billing cycle.
